As the general practice at SOTA, the clients’ preferences and variations in the inclusions are welcomed and adaptable by SOTA home designs. The most popular variations included features such as internal lift, motorised skylights, windows, electrically controlled curtains, double/triple-glazed windows and sliding doors, automated pergolas, built-in surround-sound system, centralised home automation from lighting, heating/cooling to remotely-controlled landscape irrigations. We have over recent years, when possible, have adopted inclusion of structural concrete walls for the base and foundation of the buildings. These solid walls play a key role in the durability, waterproofing and insulation of the building extending the lifetime of your home. Above all our main focus at the SOTA is the “Health” of the building. That is to make sure the house can benefit from natural light and ventilation, and avoids trapped moisture (hence no mould) hence enduring a lifetime of quality fresh indoor air and comfortable life style.
